on laptop deleting

I have a seperate HDD on my laptop, which has loads of free space, memory 512MB RAM, processor 2GHz, however the graphics card is about 64 mb and average...
Also, if I install on a seperate HDD, how can I uninstall it, just delete the setup files? or basically just format that harddrive?

Just format the hard drive. You will still have the boot configuration data store on the system drive and so you will still see a boot options screen.
